Why elliptical machines work best for cardio.

I have used many different types machines trough the years. There are as many as you can imagine. I do have a favorite for cardio. I know that elliptical machines are the best for cardio. It is definitely working as many muscle groups at one time that you can. The more muscle you work the more calories expended. This is why you expend so many calories swimming or during sex. You are using your entire body.

Spain loses to.Chile 2-0 they are out. This is surprising compared to the past. What a shocker.

Stay fit with your XBOX kinect!!

This is an awesome way to stay in shape. It is definitely diverse and it tracks your progress. I personally like the fitness evolved platform. It has everything from yoga to a boot camp. Very cool. This is definitely a proactive use of normally wasted video game time. Although I do not know how accurate as you can see in the picture it does measure calories burned. Like I said awesome way to stay in shape. Love this.

The Dumbell deadlift

If you are having problems with the traditional deadlift this is a awesome alternative. It is like doing a deadlift and a row at the same time. I would not stop doing regular deadlifting. This exercise works well with light weight as a warm up. I would recommend replacement of dumbell rows with this.
